Bringing some colour into our week

At this time of year, with the winter weather and dark evenings, it’s hard to experience much colour during our day. To brighten up our week, we’ve taken a look around some new homes across the country, to find an interior that gives us all the little colour pick me up we need!

A bit of sunshine is brought into this three-bedroom Hadley home at David Wilson Homes Madgwick Park in Chichester, with a simple introduction of gorgeously bright gold bed linen and soft furnishings, against a backdrop of neutral colours.

Gold is also the theme in the four bedroom Ingleby home at David Wilson Homes’ Ladden Garden Village in Yate, along with dark navy. The splash of brightness in this living room is guaranteed to cheer up a dark evening.

Moving over to Melksham in Wiltshire, the kitchen diner interior of the four bedroom Radleigh home at Barratt Homes Sandridge Place illuminates our day with a bright red feature wall. Cooking a meal of an evening could never be a ‘dull’ task here.

At Barratt Homes’ Minerva development in Exeter, the three bedroom Norbury home is providing a wonderful mix of colour in one of its bedrooms. From painted furniture to an eclectic mix of colourful soft furnishings, this room oozes ‘sunshine on a rainy day’.

And finally, the bedroom of the four bedroom Radleigh home at Barratt Homes’ Cwm Celyn development in Neath, gives us the ‘wow factor’ with its teal feature wall and creative choice of headboard. A perfect way to let some light in to a dreary early morning lie in!
