Amelia and Jake among first buyers at ‘perfectly located’ Ladden Garden Village

A brand-new home at one of the region’s most exciting new developments is in store for local couple Amelia Kethro and Jake Fareham.

We’re among the very first buyers here, so Ladden Garden Village is a new development for the sales team too. But they’ve kept us in the loop throughout, and have provided us with some really useful advice. Now we’re keeping an eye on our new home being built and looking forward to the day we move in!”
