Special event showcases Help to Buy homes at Waterlooville development

Buyers can arm themselves with all the knowledge they need to secure the perfect new home – thanks to a special David Wilson Homes weekend event in Waterlooville.

A team of experts will be on hand at Berewood Heath in Waterlooville on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th March and those wishing to make use of Help to Buy will be treated to advice and information about all aspects of the buying process.

“This is an excellent opportunity for buyers taking their first steps onto the property ladder, or for existing homeowners looking to upgrade,” said sales director, Michelle Storer.

“Visitors will have the chance to talk though their situation and find out all about Help to Buy, to give them the perfect opportunity of securing a stylish new home here in this beautiful part of the country.”

The Help to Buy scheme is available on all new-build homes up to £600,000 in England. Buyers can become owners with just a five percent deposit of the property value of their new home. Many lenders are able to offer a loan-to-value mortgage because the UK Government provides a guarantee of up to 15 percent.
