Buyers can now reserve homes off-plan for new Stonehouse development

Demand for new homes is rising steadily in the region – and nowhere more so than at Barratt Homes’ latest development, coming soon to Stonehouse.

Great Oldbury – which is due to open in 2019 – is already eagerly-anticipated by families wishing to move to the area. It will feature an impressive range of two, three and four bedroom homes and lots of open space and areas for children to play.

“We are experiencing a great deal of interest from buyers keen to put down roots at this exciting new development,” said sales director, Andrea Pilgrim. “Our on-site marketing suite will open for business next year, but we are offering people the chance to reserve plots here off-plan through our local partner, Dupree Mortgage Solutions.

Advantages of reserving off-plan

“There are many advantages to reserving off-plan. Buyers can choose some of their own fixtures, fittings and finishes, and their investment is likely to increase in value – even before they move in. I’m delighted by the early success we’re seeing at Great Oldbury, and I fully expect interest in this impressive new development to grow further over the coming weeks and months.”

The first homes are four bedroom properties priced from £339,995 and anyone reserving before December 23 will receive free flooring in their new home.

Great Oldbury offers buyers the chance to live in a brand-new countryside community with a rural feel. The development is also close to local shops, pubs and excellent schools. It’s just a 25 minute drive to Gloucester city centre, and 30 minutes to Cheltenham.
