Quarter Jack Park brings new community facilities to Wimborne

Residents in and around Wimborne Minster are to benefit from a range of new community facilities, thanks to a partnership between Barratt Homes, David Wilson Homes and Dorset Council.

The five star housebuilder’ new Quarter Jack Park development is at the centre of enhancements for the local area – including the provision of Suitable Alternative Natural Green Space (SANG).

“We are pleased to be allocating more than £1 million towards the provision and maintenance of SANG land,” said sales director, Michelle Storer. “Not only that but there will be 16.9 hectares of SANG land set aside for recreational use – making it a wonderful resource for those living in the area.

“We have also cemented our commitment to schools in the area by providing more than £1.6 million to support education within the local community.

“We are due to officially launch Quarter Jack Park this Summer – and it is in such an attractive location, we’re already receiving a great deal of interest from buyers wishing to live here. Add to that the new community facilities, and we are extremely proud of the work our team is involved in here in Wimborne.”

Quarter Jack Park will feature a range of two, three and four bedroom homes. This new development in Wimborne Minster is close to local schools, shops and family friendly pubs and restaurants. With excellent road links to Bournemouth, Poole and Southampton, and the New Forest National Park just a 20 minute drive away, Quarter Jack Park is an ideal place to call home.
