Local housebuilder David Wilson Homes is inviting local people to its Tarka Ridge development for a festive Christmas event, with some very special guests.
Topping the bill are the talented Park Community School String Quintet, who will be coming along to play a festive repertoire for visitors.
The event takes place between 4.30pm-5.30pm on Tuesday December 3, where visitors are welcome to enjoy mulled wine and mince pies, and to see the Christmas light switch on.
Nicki Reid, sales director for the Exeter region, said: “Christmas is coming up fast, and we wanted to do something to allow local people to get together and mark the start of the festive season. This is a community event that celebrates the talent of young musicians from Park Community School as well as all the fun of this special time of year.
Offering something for everyone
“Tarka Ridge offers something for everyone, and this event is an ideal opportunity for buyers to come and see this wonderful development while also getting a great feel for the local community.”
Tarka Ridge is a collection of three, four and five bedroom homes on the banks of the River Taw in Yelland. The town of Barnstaple is only a short drive away, with a range of local shops, cafes and restaurants. Tarka Ridge is a great location for a wide range of buyers – giving them the opportunity to enjoy all that North Devon has to offer.
