The event on Saturday July 13th from 10 am will enable buyers to reserve a home at Braid Park off plan.
“This is a very popular area in which to live, and buyers are demonstrating a keen interest in this development. Interest has been so high that we are holding a special launch event at the Golf Club for people to learn more,” said David Wilson Homes sales director Nicki Reid.
Even before it is launched the site is award winning having been granted a Built for Life Award, which is a highly regarded award proving that the development has been planned to cater for a diverse cross-section of society, and with one eye on the environment.
David Wilson Homes is building a varied mix of three, four and five bedroom homes, catering for a range of different buyers at the development.
While prices will not be released until the launch event, it’s expected that many of the homes will be available to purchase under the Government’s Help to Buy Scheme.
Help to Buy allows buyers to purchase a new home with just a 5% deposit and a 75% mortgage. The remaining 20% is funded by an equity loan, interest-free for the first five years and repayable on the sale on the home.
Nicki Reid said: “These homes really demonstrate the style, comfort and space in a David Wilson home,” she said. “And its location makes it an even more attractive proposition. We always think carefully about the location when planning new developments, and we believe we’ve got it just right here.”
